Reopening Plan to Provide a Safe Environment for Customers
As you are aware, we closed our lobbies on Wednesday, March 18th. Our drive-thrus and ATMs remained fully operational after this date. We will begin reopening our lobbies on June 1st. This is subject to change with governor executive orders and bank policies. In order to facilitate our reopening, we ask for your help to keep our branches safe for everyone.
- If you are sick or have symptoms of a respiratory illness, please do not enter the building. Stay home, get better, and use TPB Online Banking for your banking needs.
- The number of customers permitted in the lobby at the same time will be limited based on the lobby size.
- Customers wearing masks will be asked to briefly remove them and “smile” for the camera and our staff. Once we verify you, you may wear your mask normally. We want to be sure we keep your funds safe and do not process a financial transaction without knowing you are the account holder.
- Lobby signs and floor stickers will be utilized to ensure six-foot social distancing. Please read all signage and adhere to the posted guidelines.
- Customer facing employee stations will be equipped with sneeze guard barriers.
- Hand sanitizer will be available in each bank lobby for customer use. Our employees will be sanitizing their workstations several times a day.
- High-touch access points such as exterior door pulls, interior push bars, door handles, etc. will be sanitized throughout the day.
- If customers need to open an account or apply for a loan, please contact the branch by phone to make an appointment.
